Long flights, long walks, unfamiliar weather. One full reset mid-trip makes the rest of your journey easier. Ideal after a late-night arrival or before a flight home. Luggage goes in a locker; all you need is your phone.
Bath areas are separated by gender. Go between the pools and sauna, get a massage, eat at the buffet, nap in the movie lounge. That is the right way to do it. The Solo Pass includes a free 30-minute massage, so coming alone is actually the best deal.
One Spa is a large Chinese-style hot spring complex on Level 2 of Viva Home Mall (Jalan Loke Yew). Alternate between a 13°C cold pool and a 43°C herbal pool, sweat it out in the salt-crystal steam room and dry/wet saunas, choose from around 20 massages, eat at the dinner buffet, and rest in the movie lounge.
One ticket covers up to 12 hours. Soak, massage, dinner, a film, a nap: a full day that washes away the fatigue of living here or travelling here. If you love Japanese-style bathhouses and saunas, you will feel at home.
Bath areas are separated by gender (no swimwear needed). There is no mixed bathing. Couples who would like to bathe together: message us on WhatsApp and ask about a private room.

Not at all. Weekday evenings and late nights are when solo male guests are the majority. Bath areas are separated by gender and everyone wears spa wear, so there is nothing to think about. Pools, sauna, massage, dinner, then a nap in the movie lounge: that quiet solo loop is what our regulars do.

Yes. From check-in you have 12 hours with all facilities. Re-entry is not possible once you leave, so give yourself plenty of time.
As in a Japanese onsen, bath areas are separated by gender and bathing is nude. Freshly laundered spa wear and bath towels are provided.
There are no private bedrooms, but within your 12 hours you can rest and sleep on the recliners in the movie lounge or the foot care & rest room. Many guests use it instead of a hotel after a late-night flight.
The food is not halal-certified; pork and alcohol are served.
Rescheduling is free and unlimited. Same-day changes are possible via WhatsApp before your original slot starts. Moving to a higher-priced date means paying the difference; moving to a lower-priced date gives you in-store credit for the difference.

Yes, but One Spa is not a medical facility. Expectant mothers should avoid long soaks, and we do not perform deep-pressure massage on post-surgery areas or where metal plates are fitted. Please tell your therapist on arrival.
Within two days before or after your birthday (a five-day window), the birthday guest gets the 12-hour pass at half price (all-in RM99.71 weekdays / RM117.41 weekends & PH). Show ID at the front desk.
